With all the corona virus updates we hear in the media every day, we know that our customers will appreciate some reassurances on the measures in place by Sunshine Cleaning Company and their teams to provide extra protection for you, your family and your home at this time. We always recognize the privilege and trust our customers give to Sunshine Cleaning Company to enter and clean their homes in communities throughout the US, so we would like to give you the following assurances:
• Firstly – our staff entering your home. We are in daily contact with our cleaning teams, assessing their health and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and other health officials to strengthen our already-stringent operational standards. If there is even the slightest doubt or potential virus symptom, they will not be permitted to enter your home and will not resume cleaning until they have cleared the recommended period of self-isolation. It is possible therefore that you may see a different cleaning team in the coming weeks, but please be assured that they are all trained and insured exactly the same way and will know all your cleaning needs.
• Next – how we clean your home. Our cleaning teams use a range of safe cleaning products. In addition to using these products in your kitchens and bathrooms, our teams have been specifically instructed to pay extra attention to door-handles, light switches, railings and other areas frequently touched by hands
• Finally – regular contact in the coming weeks. We will keep in close contact with you with any updates, including if we may have to request a change to your cleaning dates. Please can we gently ask for your help too. If you have to self-isolate, been in contact with friends or family either with the virus or showing symptoms, please can you to immediately contact us so we can reschedule your cleaning to a suitable date. The health and welfare of our staff and their families is just so important to us.
