At Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas, we understand that every home is different, therefore we recommend you provide us with detailed information about the condition of your home as well as the size. We are more than happy to provide you with a free estimate as well as a comprehensive plan of what services we recommend for your home.

How often can I schedule service?
Here at Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas we realize everyone has their own unique schedule, we are happy to provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services.
Are your employees fluent in English?

Do you conduct background checks for your employees?
Absolutely! Every employee goes through a thorough hiring process to ensure we hire only the best. We speak to several references as well as previous employers to find the most capable talent.
Is your company bonded and insured?

Do I need to provide my own supplies or equipment?
At Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas, we use products that have been tried and tested to produce excellent results. However, if there is a product you would like to provide for us we are more than happy to accommodate your requests, simply notify our office prior to your scheduled appointment.
How do I pay and tip for service?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash and checks. Please note all checks must be made out to Sunshine Cleaning Company. While we are proud to simply provide excellent service, our employees are more than happy to accept tips on a job well done, although it is not required. Feel free to give us a call after your service to let us know you would like to include a tip or simply present a cash tip to one of your service providers.
What should I do if I want reoccurring service?
Call or email us at any time to set up a reoccurring appointment, we love returning clients!
Are you able to provide me the same crew every time?
At Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas, we make every attempt to provide consistency in service. If you would like to request a certain crew we are more than happy to accommodate. If there is an event where we are unable to fulfill your request, we will provide notice within ample time to make alternative arraignments.
How many employees are provided with my service?
To maximize the amount of service we can provide in the allotted timeframe for each home, Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas provides two employees for every service call. We are more than happy to provide more employees should the situation require for an additional fee.
Do I have to be present for my service?
While it is not expected for you to be present you certainly can! Prior to your scheduled appointment we will establish all the details necessary to gaining entry to your home. We do recommend that a key is provided for entry, which we keep in a secure lockbox in our office. Providing a key eliminates inconvenience as well as service fees should our employees be unable to gain entry to your home.
When should I expect my cleaning crew to show up?
We always confirm appointments the day before your scheduled appointment. Generally, we provide a half hour window for our crews to reach you. Please ask about our text to confirm service today!
How can I change or cancel my appointment?
At Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas, we understand life can get a little messy. We are more than happy to reschedule an existing appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation after the 24-hour time frame will incur a cancellation fee.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We are more than happy to cancel a scheduled appointment free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand. Should the cancellation occur after the 24-hour time frame there is a $50.00 cancellation fee that will be charged.
What should I do if I only want select areas cleaned, or areas avoided?
At Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas, we are more than happy to accommodate your requests, simply give us a call any time before your service to notify us of your requests so we can notify your cleaning crew.
I have pets in my home, what should I do with them during service?
Sunshine Cleaning Company Las Vegas loves pets and wants them to be happy and comfortable. We recommend placing your pet in a safe and secure location in your home to ensure your pet and our crew is happy. Please notify us if there are any concerns we should know about regarding your pet.
What do I do if something is damaged during service?
While we strive for excellent service, accidents do happen. Should you feel that something was damaged simply give us a phone call with details of what was damaged as well as the crew servicing your home. From there we will be more than happy to replace or repair the item in question should it have been caused by our negligence.
What if I’m not happy with my results?
Feel free to contact us within 24 hours of your service so we can discuss your concerns in detail to meet your expectations.

Do you offer Green Cleaning?
While no cleaning chemical can truly be “green” we are more than happy to provide Green Cleaning alternatives in place of chemicals and cleansers that contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Our mission is to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for your family. We don’t use any products we wouldn’t use in our own homes.
Why does it cost more for my initial service?
An initial service call requires more time to remove built up debris. Why is there extra time required?
If you have never had professional service, there is a good chance there is grime and dirt built up that is not easily noticed. If you are switching cleaning providers, odds are you were unhappy with their level of service. Oftentimes we will encounter areas that need to be properly addressed before we can provide successful maintenance of your home.
