Oftentimes, when you first hire a cleaning service, you’ll be required to get a deep cleaning. This is a standard rule for many cleaning companies though some of our reoccurring clients also request this when their house needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, such as every month.
Our deep cleaning service includes the following:
KITCHENS
- Clean cabinet faces; interior and exterior.
- Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks, counter tops and back splashes.
- Ranges are cleaned inside and outside underneath and behind.
- Microwave or fan above stove is de-greased.
- Floors are swept and mopped.
- Appliances including refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens are pulled out and cleaned inside and outside underneath and behind.
LAUNDRY AREA
- Cabinets are cleaned inside and outside.
- Cabinet faces are cleaned.
- Washer and dryer are cleaned inside, outside, underneath and behind.
- Basin area is cleaned and disinfected.
- Floors are swept and mopped.
BATHROOMS
- Clean, sanitize and deodorize.
- Showers are scrubbed and sanitized.
- Vanities, sinks and back splashes are cleaned and sanitized.
- Mirrors are wiped clean.
- Toilets are cleaned, sanitized and chrome is polished.
- Light fixtures are cleaned.
- Fan are wiped down.
- Floors are swept and mopped.
- House thermostat is wiped down.
ALL ROOMS AND THE REST OF THE HOUSE
- Wiped, clean and dusted.
- Wiping and dusting includes; window sills, window tracks, ledges, doors, blinds, mirrors, picture frames, knick-knacks, light fixtures ceiling fans, light switches, lamps, furniture, A/C vents, woodwork, shelves and baseboards.
- Floors are vacuumed or swept and mopped.
- Vacuum furniture including under seat cushions.
- Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.
- Remove cobwebs.
- Light switches are wiped clean.
- 1st floor windows are cleaned inside and out (Second floor inside only). Due to liability reasons, we do not remove screens and that will be the responsibility of the homeowner or tenant.
- Garage, patio, sidewalk, driveway, and porch are swept.
- Fireplace mantles, tile, screening, and/or glass wiped and cleaned.
- Dust and clean all ceiling fans, air vents and replace filters.
